The mission of Dresses For Orphans is to help orphans feel special, loved and cared for by providing custom made, one of a kind dresses and shirts.
"Norah (right) was so thrilled with her special dress that she refused to take it off! She wore it 24-hours-a-day for several days before one of the women insisted that she take it off so that it could be laundered! Once it was dry, it went right back on!!!"

Since the inception of Dresses For Orphans in October, 2008, 2220 dresses and shirts have been sent to 24 different orphanages in Haiti, India, Zambia, Kenya, Philippines, Uganda, Mexico, Tanzania, Namibia, China, Dominican Republic, Swaziland and Sierra Leone..
As of August, 2010, nearly 1600 more outfits have been requested from orphanages in the Philippines and Uganda.
